Staff development is a core Eclipse strategy, with lateral moves and internal promotions being commonplace, enabling all staff to aim for their own personal goals. Annual performance reviews take place to ensure that staff are happy and performing to the best of their abilities.

To show our appreciation for our team’s hard work, we hold a yearly weekend conference abroad to discuss past and future trends and to reward employees for a job well done. Previous trips have seen an eclectic mix of venues – Benalmadena, Prague and La Tania (French Alps) to name a few.
